AACCW Convention Highlights:
Workshop Sessions:
● Spirituality – Embracing the Work of Reparation through Devotion to the Holy Face with St. Therese, Seven Sisters Apostolate.
● Service – Atlanta Archdiocese Archives, WellSpring Living
● Peace & Justice Workshop – Presentation by Amilcar Valencia, Executive Director, El Refugio. El Refugio is assisting detained immigrants and their families.
● AACCW 101 – All about the Atlanta Archdiocesan Council of Catholic Women (AACCW) organization and our affiliates.
● Leadership – Actionable ways to be a good leader.
● End of Life Planning – Getting all your ducks in a row so that your family can mourn without frustration.

Service Project: We will be collecting:
• Baby items for the Pregnancy Aid Clinic
• New and gently used children’s books for Christ Child Atlanta.
• Gift cards and cleaning supplies for WellSpring Living.

Special Guests:
Kay Trattles, of Mary’s Shelter will present, Saturday during the luncheon, how the organization provides safe housing in a nurturing structured environment that supports growth and healing for pregnant women and their children. Kay will tell us how we can help as they grow and expand into Georgia.

On Saturday evening Judy Hehr will be our guest speaker. Judy is a dynamic professional speaker who has overcome adversity, beat the odds, and invested countless hours into helping people define and align with their best self regardless of their circumstances.

For our Sunday Luncheon Jayna Hoffacker, Executive Director of the Georgia Catholic Conference will bring us up to speed on what is happening in the Georgia Legislature and how we can help.
